A book about being closed and open; the actions of reading itself.
Hands, chromed and graphic, are printed on found sewing pattern paper. The binding is sewn boards. The whole book is made from found materials.
To read it is to enact it: folding, unfolding, opening, closing.
An earlier edition (2018) used a printed calico cover and Turkish map fold structure.
